Chef Cesar's Story
Chef Cesar has brought the Brazilian steakhouse churrascaria concept to the United States in 1996.
He has been all over the world consulting his expertise of meats and has cooked Brazilian Style foods in the best Brazilian steakhouses All over the world.
Chef Cesar’s specialty is Filet Mignon, Sirloin Steak and Marinated Chicken Breast Skewer; along with offering vegetarian options as well.
He has over 30 years’ experience and is currently sharing his talented gift with different communities, attending events and caters special occasions such as weddings and corporate luncheons.
About the Chef
From a Young age Cesar Sangaletti Worked in the largest Brazilian Steakhouse Porcao, where he earned the title of Master Meat Chef and was responsible for consulting and starting several Brazilian steakhouses in Spain,portugal,Italy,
Germany and switzerland. Porccao offered Cesar to start the first Brazilian concept and Franchise throughout the united States and canada.
Open Fire Grilled Brazilian is known for tasteful, tender meats cut fresh daily and is cooked right off the grill and served to perfection for each customer’s preference in temperature.
Our meals are served with traditional White Rice, Black Beans, as well as grilled mixed vegetables, grilled sweet potatoes and our famous vinaigrette and Yucca flour called Farofa which are condiments to your choice of meats. Our ingredients are organic and prepared fresh each day.
